Job description:

Experience: 2+ Years (Freelance/Independent Recruiters Preferred)

Compensation: Based on experience and successful closures

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit quality candidates for digital marketing roles.
• Expertise in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across digital marketing domains.

Requirements:

• Proven experience hiring for digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Web Development, Sales, etc.).
• Strong expertise in headhunting .
• Must have a strong LinkedIn network and be proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and headhunting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
