Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, communication skills, and work authorization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to submission.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal databases.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and team members.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN Visa, etc.).
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social networking sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
