The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to build, maintain, and enhance engaging web interfaces. In this part-time remote role, you will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to transform requirements and design concepts into responsive, accessible, and reliable user experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, cares about usability and performance, and can independently manage development tasks while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and product requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Build reusable components and frontend modules that support consistency and scalability.
• Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data exchange.
• Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and usability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs, rendering issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and development best practices.
• Test frontend functionality across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure visual consistency and alignment with design specifications.
• Contribute to technical documentation, component libraries, and development workflows.
• Support continuous integration, deployment processes, and ongoing application improvements.
• Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies and recommend practical enhancements to the development process.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in frontend development, web development, or a related software engineering role preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with responsive design, REST APIs, Git, and browser developer tools.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility principles, and web security fundamentals.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver reliable results in a remote environment.
