Graduate Consultant (Internship)

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our operations and business development functions. Location: Remote (w/occasional in-person meetings) Visa: Currently this position does not offer visa sponsorship Role Purpose: This internship offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or freelance consultant to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment. The role will involve supporting various support functions and contributing to business development activities. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and execution of recruitment processes. Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling. Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives. Assist in creating and maintaining client and candidate databases. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports. Qualifications and Skills: Recent graduate or freelance consultant with a strong interest in recruitment, marketing and business development. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Basic knowledge of market research and analysis techniques. Benefits: Hands-on experience in a dynamic Talent Advisory firm.
