Role Overview We are seeking a Growth & Partnership Associate – Nigeria with a strong focus on partnerships. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling partnerships that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Nigeria. What You’ll Do Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, referral agents, and collaborators in Nigeria. Build relationships with universities, training institutions, professional communities, and organizations. Drive partner-led lead generation and ensure consistent pipeline growth. Support partner activation, enablement, and ongoing performance management. Track partner performance, leads, and conversion outcomes. Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to convert partner leads into paid clients. Provide market and partner feedback to improve offers, pricing, and messaging. What We’re Looking For Experience in partnerships, business development, growth, or sales. Strong network or ability to build relationships within the Nigerian market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Target-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting performance. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team. Passion for global mobility, careers, and economic opportunity.
