B2B Acquisition, Meta, LinkedIn & AI Automation

About LeadsRules

LeadsRules is building a technology-enabled customer-acquisition and lead-generation platform for US insurance agencies.

We operate our own consumer funnels and media-buying activity across insurance verticals, including Auto, Home, and Life. We are now scaling a B2B acquisition engine to identify, engage, qualify, and convert insurance agencies across multiple channels.

The opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on GTM & Growth Lead to own LeadsRules’ B2B customer-acquisition engine.

Our core CRM, agency data, enrichment, calling, LinkedIn outreach, and automation infrastructure already exists, and an experienced CRM and automation specialist is improving it.

This is not a greenfield CRM implementation role, and you will not be expected to replace our technical builder.

Your job is to turn the existing infrastructure, team, data, and creative resources into a coordinated acquisition engine that consistently generates qualified meetings, agency lead-test opportunities, and revenue.

You will decide what to launch, test, improve, or stop—and remain personally involved in execution.

You will work directly with:

  • Our CRM and automation builder, who manages data, enrichment, integrations, n8n workflows, and the technical CRM environment.
  • Our messaging and creative contractor, who produces educational videos, advertisements, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Our sales and outreach team, who contact agencies, conduct meetings, and convert qualified opportunities.
  • The founder, who will work closely with you on priorities, offers, positioning, and major agency opportunities.

What you will own

  • The complete B2B acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, cold email, calling, Meta, retargeting, landing pages, content, and additional channels.
  • Weekly campaign priorities, target segments, offers, experiments, messaging angles, and performance targets.
  • Hands-on setup and operation of Meta campaigns, CRM audiences, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator strategy, LinkedIn outreach, founder-led content, and AI-assisted content distribution across selected accounts.
  • Coordinate LinkedIn, email, and calling sequences so prospects receive relevant outreach without duplicate or conflicting messages.
  • Lightweight AI agents and automated workflows for research, content creation, personalization, reply classification, and operational support.
  • Manage and direct the contractor producing educational videos, advertisements, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Prioritize the CRM and automation builder roadmap for commercial impact.
  • Coordination between marketing activity, outreach workflows, sales follow-up, and CRM measurement.
  • Landing-page strategy, screening questions, offers, calls to action, and conversion testing.
  • Measure audience and campaign performance through replies, meetings, qualified agency leads, agency lead-test launches, and revenue.
  • Identification and testing of additional acquisition channels.

  • Technical expectations

You should be technically capable of understanding the existing systems, configuring tools, building straightforward automations, diagnosing basic problems, and managing technical execution.

You do not need to be the deepest CRM developer or API engineer.

This role decides what the systems should enable, prioritizes the work, runs the acquisition channels, and ensures the team delivers measurable business outcomes.

    Initial 30-day objectives

    • Take ownership of the existing B2B acquisition plan, team, channels, and performance targets.
    • Review the work already underway and identify the few remaining blockers preventing faster outreach and meeting generation.
    • Establish a measurable baseline for replies, meetings, qualified agencies, agency lead-test launches, acquisition costs, and revenue by channel.
    • Define a clear weekly execution plan for the automation builder, creative contractor, and outreach team.
    • Launch Meta Custom Audience and retargeting campaigns using the available CRM data, where audience size and platform eligibility allow.
    • Launch or improve coordinated LinkedIn, cold-email, and calling campaigns using the existing infrastructure.
    • Build an AI-assisted LinkedIn content workflow for selected founder and company accounts, with human review before publishing.
    • Direct the production and testing of educational video advertisements, landing pages, screening flows, offers, and calls to action.
    • Establish a weekly experimentation process covering audiences, offers, messages, creative assets, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
    • Introduce simple reporting connecting each channel to replies, meetings, qualified agencies, agency lead-test launches, and revenue.
    • Generate the first qualified meetings or agency lead-test opportunities attributable to the campaigns launched during the engagement.

  • What we are looking for

    • A hands-on growth operator who is comfortable both leading and executing.
    • Proven experience generating B2B demand through multiple channels rather than relying on one source.
    • Practical, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, cold email, retargeting, and landing-page conversion.
    • Experience coordinating paid media, outbound, content, and sales follow-up as one acquisition process.
    • Experience managing creative, automation, paid-media, or sales contractors.
    • Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing, attribution, audience creation, segmentation, and automated follow-up.
    • Hands-on experience building lightweight AI agents or automated workflows using n8n, Make, Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM APIs. Deep machine-learning experience is not required.
    • Enough technical understanding to work effectively with CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks, n8n, automation tools, and technical specialists.
    • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize actions that produce meetings, agency tests, and revenue.
    • A proactive, fast-moving working style. You should identify and initiate the next action without waiting for the founder to prepare every task.
    • Clear written and spoken English.

  • Nice to have

    • Experience in insurance, lead generation, performance marketing, or agency sales.
    • Experience building founder-led LinkedIn content systems.
    • Experience with tools such as Waalaxy, HeyReach, Apollo, LeadContact, JustCall, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Clay, or similar platforms.
    • Experience with Meta Custom Audiences, Pixel, Conversions API, and CRM-based audience syncing.
    • Experience creating or improving B2B offers, qualification flows, and controlled product or lead tests.
    • Familiarity with cold-email deliverability, suppression logic, consent, and outbound communication requirements.
    • Experience inheriting partially built systems, identifying bottlenecks, and moving them into production quickly.

  • What success looks like

    • The existing infrastructure is being used effectively rather than remaining under development.
    • The team works from one prioritized weekly acquisition plan.
    • Meta, LinkedIn, email, and calling operate as coordinated channels.
    • Campaigns and content launch consistently without depending on the founder to manage every detail.
    • Performance can be measured from the original audience and campaign through meeting, qualified agency, lead-test launch, and revenue.
    • Qualified meetings and agency lead-test opportunities increase.
    • Launch, measure, and improve new experiments every week.

  • Engagement

    • Initial paid 30-day engagement.
    • Approximately 30–40 hours per week.
    • Remote.
    • Strong potential to become a long-term, full-time leadership role based on performance and mutual fit.
    • You will work directly with the founder and have meaningful authority over priorities, channels, experiments, and execution.

  • This is not a pure marketing-management, consulting, or project-management position.

It is also not a deep CRM-development role.

We are looking for someone who can lead the acquisition team, personally run the core growth channels, use AI and automation in practice, and take responsibility for measurable commercial outcomes.

    How to apply

    Please include:

    • A description of the most relevant B2B acquisition engine or multichannel campaign you have personally led.
    • The target audience, offer, channels, tools, and workflow used.
    • A clear explanation of what you personally executed and what employees or contractors handled.
    • Measurable results, including meetings, opportunities, customers, revenue, or acquisition costs.
    • An example of a Meta campaign you personally configured or operated.
    • An example of how you used LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn outreach to generate opportunities.
    • An example of a lightweight AI agent or automated workflow you personally built.
    • An example of how you managed creative, technical, or sales resources around one commercial objective.
    • Relevant Loom videos, dashboards, screenshots, or portfolio examples, with confidential information removed.
    • Your location, time zone, weekly availability, earliest possible start date, and compensation expectations.

  • Please do not apply if your experience is limited to strategy decks, project management, managing external developers, isolated no-code automations, or a single acquisition channel.

We are looking for a hands-on operator who can take ownership, move quickly, and turn an existing foundation into a measurable B2B growth engine.
