About the role

Tradex Protocol is seeking a Head of Capital Raise to lead its GCC fundraising strategy, the capital-raising function and the overall fundraising mandate.

This leadership role combines strategic planning, senior investor relationship management and accountability for fundraising execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the fundraising strategy across the GCC.

• Translate the fundraising mandate into clear priorities, targets and execution plans.

• Build and lead the capital-raising function, including its processes and reporting.

• Develop and manage relationships with key investors, family offices and institutional partners.

• Oversee the fundraising pipeline, from investor identification through due diligence and completion.

• Work with leadership to refine investor positioning, presentations and fundraising materials.

• Establish a consistent approach to investor communication and relationship management.

• Monitor pipeline performance, identify obstacles and adapt the strategy as needed.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and advisers throughout the fundraising process.

What you bring

• Substantial experience in capital raising, investor relations or fundraising leadership.

• A track record of leading fundraising mandates and developing senior investor relationships.

• A strong investor network and understanding of the GCC fundraising landscape.

• The ability to set strategy and remain closely involved in execution.

• Experience building or leading teams and establishing effective processes.

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Sound judgment, discretion and a high standard of professional integrity.
