Health & Safety Manager

Role Description The Owner role at EFU Life Assurance – Karachi Crescent Zone is a part-time remote position focused on overseeing business development and sales growth within the assigned zone. The role involves guiding and mentoring the sales team, setting performance targets, reviewing sales activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Owner will collaborate with corporate leadership to implement strategic initiatives, expand the client base, and promote EFU Life’s product portfolio, including life insurance, Takaful, and savings solutions. Daily activities may include monitoring key performance indicators, supporting customer relationship management, reviewing operational processes, and contributing to marketing and outreach efforts in the region. The role requires proactive engagement with internal stakeholders and clients while maintaining high standards of integrity, service quality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills to guide sales and operational staff effectively.
• Proficiency in business development, sales planning, and customer relationship management within financial services or related sectors.
• Ability to analyze financial and performance data, set targets, and make informed decisions to drive growth.
• Knowledge of life insurance, Takaful, and investment-related products, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with clients and internal teams in a remote setting.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms; familiarity with mobile apps and online payment systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications in insurance or finance are beneficial.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and commitment to customer service and regulatory compliance.
