Starting Salary: PKR 50,000 per month + 3% commission on the first sale from each new client acquired

About Us

Cold Coffee Studios is a video editing agency specializing in podcast editing and short-form content. We’ve worked with 200+ clients worldwide and are looking for a dedicated Cold Email Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to help us acquire new clients, primarily in the United States.

Responsibilities

* Research and identify US-based podcasters who regularly publish video podcasts on YouTube.

* Find qualified prospects who could benefit from professional podcast editing services.

* Identify decision-makers, including podcast hosts, founders, producers, and marketing managers.

* Find and verify professional email addresses.

* Write and send personalized cold emails based on each prospect’s podcast content.

* Manage follow-up sequences and maintain communication with prospects.

* Track leads, email activity, responses, and booked meetings in Google Sheets or a CRM.

* Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings with interested prospects.

Requirements

* Proven experience in cold email outreach and B2B lead generation.

* Strong written English and professional communication skills.

* Experience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, ChannelCrawler, or similar platforms.

* Ability to research prospects and write personalized outreach messages.

* Understanding of email deliverability, email verification, and follow-up strategies.

* Experience with Google Sheets or CRM tools.

* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward measurable outreach targets.

Preferred: Previous experience generating leads for marketing agencies, creative agencies, video production companies, or other B2B service businesses.

Performance Expectations

* Build a consistent pipeline of qualified US-based podcast leads.

* Work toward sending 60–100 personalized cold emails per working day.

* Maintain accurate lead records and manage follow-ups.

* Focus on generating positive replies and qualified sales meetings, not just sending emails.

Compensation & Benefits
