Internship Details:
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Duration: 3 Months
💼 Stipend : None initially. Based on your first-quarter performance, you may be offered a paid internship, a full-time opportunity, or be directly absorbed by the client as an FTE.
📅 Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: 8:00 PM -5 :00 AM IST ( 9:30 AM -6:30 PM EST)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
-Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
-Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
-Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
-Assist in HR policies, compliance, and process documentation
-Help with performance management and HR reporting
-Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Required Qualifications
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / MBA (HR) / Business Administration
-Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
-Willingness to learn and take initiative

Good to Have
-Prior internship or project experience in HR
-Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn sourcing,
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
