The Role
We are seeking an HR Specialist / HR & Administration Manager / Chief People Officer (CPO) to support people operations, HR administration, employee experience, and organizational development. The role is suited to an experienced HR professional who can combine operational expertise with strategic thinking, support managers and employees, and help strengthen people processes within a flexible, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate HR initiatives aligned with organizational and workforce objectives.
- Manage core HR processes including onboarding, employee records, policies, and personnel administration.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and people-related projects.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and collaborate with hiring managers on talent requirements.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
- Provide practical guidance to managers on HR processes, workplace matters, and employee support.
- Review and improve HR procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
- Monitor workforce information and prepare HR reports, updates, and management insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external HR service providers where required.
- Promote effective communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive remote working culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in HR, people operations, or HR administration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and workplace practices.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, HR reporting, and organizational development activities.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate employee information and handling confidential documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR priorities independently in a remote environment.
- A proactive, professional, and people-focused approach to supporting organizational needs.
