About Dubatech

Dubatech is a UAE-based technology company that builds cloud software for professional sectors. Our products are DubaLaw, a case, client, document and billing platform for law firms, and DubaGuard, a workforce and payroll platform for security companies.

About the Role

We are appointing independent sales partners in the UAE to introduce DubaLaw and DubaGuard to businesses in their professional network. Partners work on a freelance contract basis, with product demonstrations, training and technical support provided by the Dubatech team.

Key Responsibilities

Introduce DubaLaw and DubaGuard to law firms, legal teams and security companies across the UAE.

Qualify opportunities and arrange product demonstrations with the Dubatech team.

Support prospects through evaluation, proposal and contracting.

Maintain professional client relationships and share market feedback with Dubatech.

Requirements

Must be currently based in the UAE. We cannot consider applicants located outside the UAE.

Proven B2B sales experience in technology, software, SaaS or ERP solutions (minimum 1 year).

An established professional network in the UAE, ideally in the legal, security, facilities management or HR and payroll sectors.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Self-motivated, professional and comfortable working independently.

Commission Structure

This is a commission-only engagement. There is no base salary, retainer or fixed monthly payment.

You earn a commission of 15% to 20% on the value of every contract you close for Dubatech.

The exact rate within this range is agreed with each partner and set out in a written partnership agreement before work begins.

Dubatech manages contracting, onboarding and delivery, so you can focus on introductions and client relationships.
