🚀 About the Role

Turbo Torque India Inc. is expanding its Gulf operations team! We are looking for a detail-oriented, technical Inside Sales Engineer to join us in a fully remote capacity.

In this role, you will act as the vital technical bridge between our global clients, approved manufacturers, and internal procurement teams. If you love deep-diving into engineering specifications, blueprints, and data compliance without handling financial costing or commercial estimations, this execution-focused track is built for you.

🔍 What You Will Do:

• Technical Sourcing: Source highly specific engineering data, technical datasheets, and baseline engineering quotations from approved global vendors and manufacturers.
• Technical Compliance Review: Review vendor designs and offers thoroughly to verify total technical compliance against client blueprints and project specifications.
• Deviation Mapping: Identify, document, and proactively resolve technical discrepancies or engineering mismatches found in vendor proposals.
• Technical Clarifications: Coordinate directly with global vendors to clarify engineering data, product certifications, and equipment specifications.
• Evaluation Delivery: Formulate and submit accurate technical compliance matrices and verified vendor datasheets directly to the sales support and procurement teams.

⚙️ What We Are Looking For:

• Education: BE / BTech degree (Open to any stream or engineering discipline).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Technical Support, or a Techno-Commercial role (focused heavily on the technical track).
• Languages: Professional fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Work Mode: Fully remote, structured, and process-driven. Requires seamless daily cross-functional collaboration and occasional yearly office visits.
