Indefol Solar is pioneering Green Hydrogen & Renewable Energy solutions, developing and scaling advanced energy systems to accelerate the global transition toward clean energy.

🔎 What You’ll Do

• Evaluate Investment, M&A, strategic partnership and new business opportunities.
• Build Financial Models, valuation, cash flow, IRR, MOIC, sensitivity & scenario analysis.
• Prepare Investment Memos & Investment Committee materials.
• Support deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation and M&A execution.
• Conduct market, industry, company and project analysis to support investment decisions.
• Support fundraising and engagement with investors & financial institutions.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking or related fields.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance or similar roles.
• Strong skills in Financial Modeling, Investment Analysis & Excel.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Project Investment or Big4 is a plus.
• Good English communication and strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• ACCA, CPA or relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
