A leading Irish Life & Pensions organisation is entering an exciting multi-year transformation programme, modernising core systems, evolving critical business platforms and enhancing the customer experience across its products and services.

This is a great opportunity for a self-sufficient Test Analyst with strong Life & Pensions expertise to join a busy, high-performing technology team and play a key role in delivering complex, business-critical change.

You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, Developers and Testers, taking ownership across the full testing lifecycle and helping ensure quality from requirements through to release.

With a strong pipeline of transformation and product initiatives ahead, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, influence how testing is delivered and make a real impact on the future of the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Define testing strategies, create test cases and execute testing activities.
• Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.
• Assess business and customer impact of system changes and identify risks.

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within the insurance sector.
• Life 400 experience
