Reporting to the Senior Accountant and working within the Dublin finance function, you will support statutory reporting and financial compliance across a large portfolio of entities and jurisdictions. Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare financial statements and manage the filing process for a portfolio of SPV and holding entities, while supporting reporting for more complex entities.

- Prepare annual audit packs, supporting schedules and workpapers and liaise with external auditors throughout the financial statement audit.
- Arrange corporate documentation and resolutions relating to capital contributions, dividends and changes to company information.
- Prepare and review VAT returns and support statutory and financial reporting requirements across the group.
- Maintain the intercompany matrix, perform reconciliations and maintain the fixed asset register in line with relevant accounting standards.
