Lead Business Development Manager (Enterprise B2B SaaS)

BSG is a Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) designed to streamline how businesses connect with customers across multiple channels. Our flexible, cloud-based solutions integrate communication tools directly into apps and websites, enabling real-time engagement.

This role is for someone who wants to move beyond individual sales performance and start building a function. You may already be leading a BDM team, or you may be a strong Enterprise salesperson who is ready to take ownership of people, processes, planning, and results. What matters most is commercial ambition, ownership, and the desire to grow into an Enterprise sales leader.

You will work closely with the Director of Enterprise Development, who will mentor and support you in growing into a broader leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full Enterprise sales cycle - from identifying and engaging target accounts to negotiation and closing.
  • Drive new business and build relationships with senior decision-makers across European markets.
  • Own personal and team sales targets, pipelines, forecasts, and results.
  • Build, develop, and mentor the BDM team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Establish and continuously improve Enterprise sales processes and methodology.
  • Contribute to sales plans, budgets, target segments, and commercial strategy.
  • Represent BSG at relevant international conferences and industry events.

What is important to us:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales / business development experience, ideally in SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, FinTech, or a similar technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle Enterprise B2B sales and closing complex deals.
  • Previous experience as a Sales/BDM Lead is a plus or strong ambition and readiness to grow into leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of both personal and team results.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with experience working with targets, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Good command of English and willingness to travel for business events.

What do we offer:

  • An opportunity to build and shape the Enterprise sales function, not just manage an existing process.
  • Direct mentorship from the Director of Enterprise Development and a clear path toward broader leadership.
  • High level of autonomy and real influence on business growth.
  • Flexible product that can be adapted to enterprise client needs.
  • Established support structure: Account Managers, Activation Manager, and Support team.
  • Remote work.
  • Holidays, vacation, and sick leave according to local legislation.
  • Regular business and professional training.
  • Other benefits.
