Learning And Development Specialist

Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist at شركة المدينة المستدامة للخدمات البيئية will design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that support employee growth and organizational goals. This part-time remote role includes conducting needs assessments, creating training materials, and facilitating virtual workshops and coaching sessions. The specialist will manage learning activities through digital platforms, track participation and performance metrics, and provide clear feedback to learners and stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with managers to align learning initiatives with sustainability and environmental service priorities, continuously improving content based on participant input and business outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills and be able to plan, deliver, and evaluate effective learning initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Learning Management skills, including experience with learning management systems and tracking learner progress.
• Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, with the ability to create engaging, learner-centered content and materials.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to support learners and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in remote or hybrid training environments and familiarity with digital collaboration tools is beneficial.
• Knowledge of sustainability, environmental services, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt learning solutions to changing business needs.
