Learning And Development Specialist

Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist at INTERALLI GÁS E ENERGIA will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that strengthen skills and performance across the organization. This part-time, remote role involves assessing learning needs, creating instructional materials, managing virtual training sessions, and supporting continuous learning initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to align learning solutions with business goals, track learner progress, and recommend improvements based on feedback and data. Day-to-day activities include updating content on learning platforms, facilitating online workshops and coaching sessions, and ensuring training resources remain current, accessible, and inclusive.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to design, deliver, and administer effective learning programs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design to create engaging, structured, and measurable learning content for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate virtual sessions, provide feedback, and support individual development.
• Candidates should have experience with digital learning tools and platforms, including virtual meeting software and Learning Management Systems.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects in a part-time remote environment.
• Candidates should hold a relevant degree or certification in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the energy, gas, or industrial sectors, and familiarity with compliance or safety training, is considered beneficial.
