Organizational Development Specialist

Role Description The Organizational Development Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for strengthening organizational structures, processes, and culture within Robotics (RBT) TU/e. In this role, the specialist analyzes current organizational practices, identifies areas for improvement, and designs interventions to enhance effectiveness and collaboration. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, facilitating workshops or focus groups, supporting performance management initiatives, and advising leadership on change management strategies. The specialist will also prepare reports and recommendations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to long-term organizational development plans aligned with RBT’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, diagnose organizational issues, and propose evidence-based solutions
• Expertise in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness to design and implement improvement initiatives
• Experience with Performance Management processes, including setting objectives, measuring outcomes, and supporting continuous improvement
• Excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and clear written and verbal communication in English
• Relevant academic background in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, or consulting, preferably in research or technology-driven environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with higher education or robotics/technology sectors is an advantage
