To meet this moment, we’re expanding our existing AI and customer facing teams to include Legal AI Consultants, acting as trusted advisors to lawyers helping them reimagine their workflows, evaluate AI solutions, and successfully integrate them into their day-to-day practice.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Legal AI Consultant is a practicing or former lawyer who brings deep legal expertise and a passion for technology to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience purpose-built for lawyers.
The Legal AI Consultant will report to the Director Legal AI Transformation in EMEA, with strong dotted line into the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US.
Working across the full customer lifecycle, this role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, with a primary focus on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

Job Description and Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Engage Lawyers as Primary Users:

  • Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations

  • Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation

  • Serve as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel confidently

Drive Pre-Sales and Adoption Conversations:

  • Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment

  • Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativityy’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases

  • Help secure the “legal win” by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions

Enable Post-Sales Adoption and Value Realization:

  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption

  • Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact

Act as Voice of the Legal Customer:

  • Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs, usability, and adoption barriers

  • Help refine product capabilities to better serve lawyer workflows

  • Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and scalable assets for customer engagement

Bridge Legal and Technical workflows and knowledge:

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, actionable insights for legal professionals

  • Help customers understand how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products will impact specific practice areas and workflows

  • Support internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviors

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Qualified lawyer currently admitted and in good standing to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction. Candidates must hold an active practicing license, not solely an academic law degree

  • 3+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team (litigation experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences

  • Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work

  • Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., client advisory, legal tech, or business development) is a plus

  • Ability to operate comfortably in cross-functional and fast-moving environments

  • Hands on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR

  • First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows, and regulatory investigations workflows
