Legal Consultant / Contract Drafting Lawyer

Smotion is looking for a UAE-based lawyer / legal consultant to support us with contract drafting, contract review, and legal consultations on a freelance basis.

Scope of work:

- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements (service agreements, collaborations, partnerships, and more)

- Providing legal consultations as needed

- Remote or on-site collaboration depending on each task

Payment:

This is a freelance engagement, not a fixed full-time role. Payment is per consultation and per contract drafted, based on the agreed scope of work.

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law or provide legal consultancy in the UAE

- Experience drafting commercial and service contracts

- Strong legal writing in Arabic and English

- Accuracy, commitment to deadlines, and full confidentiality

طبيعة العمل:

- صياغة العقود والاتفاقيات ومراجعتها (عقود خدمات، تعاون، شراكات، وغيرها)

- تقديم استشارات قانونية حسب الحاجة

- التعاون عن بُعد أو حضوريًا حسب طبيعة كل مهمة

آلية الدفع:

العمل بنظام حر وليس دوامًا ثابتًا. يكون الدفع لكل استشارة ولكل عقد تتم صياغته، بحسب نطاق العمل المتفق عليه.

المتطلبات:

- ترخيص مزاولة مهنة المحاماة أو الاستشارات القانونية في دولة الإمارات

- خبرة في صياغة العقود التجارية وعقود الخدمات

- إجادة العربية والإنجليزية في الكتابة القانونية

- الدقة والالتزام بالمواعيد والسرية التامة
