Legal Trainee International financial services provider in Malta is looking for a talented Legal Trainee to work alongside some of Malta’s best legal minds within the corporate and M&A world. Salary €25K-€30K Role & Responsibilities Support the legal team in various different tasks that can change on a day-to-day basis Participate in the drafting all documentation required for M&A transactions under Maltese corporate law Take an active role in cross-boarder mergers, acquisitions, redomiciliation project along with setting up and administering trusts and foundations Assist with day-to-day casework and liaise directly with clients and relevant authorities Manage individual client relationships independently Education, Skills & Experience A law degree Passion for corporate law Able to work effectively under pressure and is results-oriented Articulate and able to communicate in English, both written and verbally About the Role Starting salary of up to €25K-€30K plus attractive benefits Comprehensive educational support package Mentoring and courses offered On the job training with access to the best continual professional development Excellent career advancement prospects Please, apply with your detailed CV in English.
