The Role As Manager, People Operations, you’ll build and run the systems that help our people do their best work. You’ll assess what’s working and what’s not across hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee support, then design practical processes that improve how we operate across markets. What You’ll Do Build and run core People Operations processes across the business Track key people metrics like attrition, time-to-productivity, and employee engagement Ensure all employee records, contracts, and documentation are accurate and up to date Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with Finance Ensure compliance with labor laws across all operating markets Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a structured and consistent experience Coordinate pre-joining logistics including system access, equipment, and Day 1 readiness Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews and documentation Oversee the company-wide performance review cycle and ensure consistency across teams Track performance data and continuously improve review processes Manage and develop the People Operations team Assign work clearly and ensure accountability for delivery and quality Coach team members to handle more complex HR situations independently What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field Completed NYSC At least 7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field Proven experience designing or improving HR processes like onboarding or performance management Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience managing or mentoring team members or leading cross-functional projects Ability to use data and people metrics to identify problems and recommend solutions Legally authorized to work in Nigeria Nice to Have Experience in a technology or healthcare organization Exposure to multi-country HR operations Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Leafsome, Zoho People, or similar tools Experience working with senior leadership on people strategy What We Offer Salary: ₦600,000 monthly Remote role based in Lagos, Nigeria Unlimited leave – take the time you need Premium health insurance for you and your family Learning and development allowance to support your growth Ready to Join Us?
