Market Research Associate

The role
Market size comes from desk research. Whether U.S. buyers would switch suppliers comes from asking them, through surveys run with panel providers and calls with distributors and purchasing managers. The Market Research Associate designs and runs that work for Dune's clients.
The consultants and clients you report to are in Dubai. Some interviews follow U.S. business hours, and our leadership in Las Vegas is about half a day behind the UAE. The job is full-time and remote from anywhere in the UAE.

What you'll do

- Write survey questionnaires and interview guides with the consultants
- Brief panel providers, check sample quality and follow fieldwork
- Hold interviews with U.S. buyers and distributors by phone or video
- Clean and analyse survey data and code open answers
- Turn results into charts and a short findings summary
- Keep the contact list and interview notes in order

What we expect

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics or a related field
- One year or more in market research, at an agency or in-house (internships count too)
- A survey tool such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or Alchemer, and Excel

We are a Las Vegas consultancy. Gulf companies hire us when they want to sell in the U.S.: we help them pick the first customers, check distributors and partners, and set up what has to run behind the first orders.
