Previous digital marketing or agency experience is important.

We want people who understand what it means to manage multiple priorities, work with clients, deliver against deadlines and operate in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll Probably Be a Great Fit If You:

* Have previous marketing agency experience.

* Understand the commercial side of marketing - not just impressions, clicks and engagement.

* Are entrepreneurial and business-minded.

* Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

* Are comfortable communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.

* Can manage multiple projects, accounts or priorities effectively.

* Are comfortable working independently and remotely.

* Are open to working US business hours.

* Learn new platforms and systems quickly.

* Are genuinely tech and AI savvy.

* Understand how AI, automation and technology are changing modern marketing.

* Constantly look for smarter and more efficient ways of working.
