We want to connect with A-players - ambitious, commercially minded people who take ownership, think like entrepreneurs and know how to perform without needing someone looking over their shoulder.

You might come from:

* B2B or B2C Sales

* Inbound or Outbound Sales

* Business Development

* Account Management

* High-Ticket Sales

* Lead Generation / Appointment Setting

* Customer Success with a strong commercial focus

Your exact title matters less than how you operate.

You’ll Probably Be a Great Fit If You:

* Have a proven track record in sales and can confidently speak about your results.

* Are entrepreneurial and business-minded - you understand that sales is about solving problems and generating revenue, not simply following a script.

* Are a genuine self-starter who takes ownership and figures things out.

* Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

* Can communicate confidently and professionally with US clients and customers.

* Are comfortable working US business hours.

* Learn new systems and technology quickly.

* Are highly comfortable with CRMs, automation and modern sales tools.

* Are tech and AI savvy and actively use AI to work smarter, faster and more effectively.

* Thrive in fast-moving businesses where priorities can change and people are expected to take initiative.

Tech & AI Savviness Is Non-Negotiable

You don't need to be an AI expert - but you should already be comfortable experimenting with AI tools, automation, CRMs and new technology to improve how you sell, communicate and work.
