Position Summary: The CEE HQ Finance Customer Success & Consulting (CS&C) Team is looking for a Finance Analyst. The team is responsible for driving the Finance agenda for what concerns the Support delivery, Support Sales, Cloud consumptions and Consulting activities for the Central and Eastern Europe area while bringing finance support to the respective area and subregions Leadership teams. We are looking for a candidate with both technical and analytical skills who will be able to help and support the CS&C Finance team around different activities such as: the coordination of central billing activities in the good respect of the internal policies and local regulations understand, leverage and evangelize existing standard reporting to generate insightful analysis on key performance and productivity metrics the elaboration of complex financial predictability models to facilitate the in-depth analysis on product sales performance. He or she can work independently, demonstrates both spoken and written good communication skills, and has experience working in a remote working environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent education & experience. Finance experience 1-3 years Technical and data modeling experience is a must Fluent in English is required Excellent communication and storytelling skills Demonstrated skills in reporting and data analysis using different tools Ability to handle multiple tasks while making decisions about key priorities Results oriented team player who can work independently Self-learner, diligent, ambitious, and persistent—in other words, someone that welcomes a challenge Able to work remotely without supervision. Technical skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI and Power Pivot Basic knowledge about relational models. Basics of Data Modelling: Create dimension tables, data tables, relationships between them, knowledge how to create a well-rounded data model, how to connect cubes and different data sources, how to create queries and manipulate them (SQL Analysis Services).
