One Stop BPO is looking for recruiters to find and screen qualified candidates for call center closer positions.
What you’ll do
- Source and screen candidates with call center sales experience
- Identify experienced closers and coordinate interviews
- Follow candidates through the interview and training process

- Experience recruiting for call centers or sales roles
- Strong candidate-sourcing and communication skills
- Flexible availability and reliable follow-up
Flexible hours
Compensation: Performance-based, paid per successful placement. A candidate counts as successfully placed after passing the interview and training and closing their first sale during their first week.
