One Stop BPO is looking for an experienced recruiter to find and screen qualified candidates for call center closer positions.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates with call center closing experience
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
• Follow candidates through the interview and training process

Requirements

• Previous experience recruiting for call centers or sales roles
• Ability to identify strong, experienced closers
• Good communication and follow-up skills

Compensation

This is a per-candidate, performance-based role. Payment is made for each candidate who passes the interview and training, then closes their first sale within their first week.
