Role: Oracle EBS Finance Consultant - Middle/Senior

Job Type: Full-time (08:30 AM – 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday)

Work Location: District 3, HCM City

CUSTOMER & PROJECT

Our customer is a large US-based computer peripheral manufacturer with global B2B and B2C operations. The company operates factories in the US, China, and Taiwan, with warehouses across the US, UK, China, and Taiwan.

We are looking for an Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to join our team for long-term projects, supporting and enhancing the customer's Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide solutions related to financial processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Finance modules, such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA), based on project requirements.
• Develop and customize Oracle EBS functionalities using PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, functions, and custom interfaces.
• Support integrations between Oracle EBS Finance and other systems through APIs, interfaces, or other integration mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to financial transactions, accounting processes, period closing, and data reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, analyze issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, test cases, and perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle EBS.
• Good understanding of financial business processes and accounting workflows in Oracle EBS.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle EBS Finance modules, such as GL, AP, AR, or FA.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including the ability to develop and troubleshoot packages, procedures, functions, and custom interfaces.
• Experience with Oracle EBS standard APIs, open interfaces, and data integration is an advantage.
• Experience in system configuration, customization, debugging, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
