Job Title: Outbound Call Representative

Monthly Pay: PKR 60,840 - 145,800 per month

Summary:

You speak with leads in a friendly, clear way and give them space to respond. Your work comes from assigned outbound call lists and requests for a return call. You make calls, explain the offer, and ask short questions to understand each lead's interest. Your goal is to connect interested leads with the sales team, with useful notes about their needs. A sales team lead guides your calling approach and helps you handle questions outside the approved notes. The position offers fully remote phone work, letting you work from home with shared calling tools. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work through your assigned outbound call list using a business phone system such as Dialpad, a tool for making calls. Introduce yourself and explain why you called.

• Open and order your call list in a CRM such as Pipedrive, a system that stores lead details. Check previous notes before calling.

• Ask short questions about the lead's needs and interest. Listen to the answers before deciding whether a sales conversation makes sense.

• Explain the offer using approved call notes and simple words. Answer basic questions without promising results or guessing at missing information.

• Accept a refusal politely and note the reason. If someone welcomes a later call, agree on the next step without pressure.

• Pass interested leads to the sales team with a short summary. Use a scheduling tool such as Calendly to arrange requested conversations.

• Return calls when leads have asked for follow-up. Read earlier notes so they do not need to repeat the same information.

• Record each call's result, comments, and next action. Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and requests not to receive further calls.

• Share daily call counts and interested leads with your team lead. Practice call outlines and use coaching feedback in later conversations.

• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, correct transfers to the sales team, and steady daily call activity.

Qualifications:

• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with leads in the United States.

• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.

• No experience required. Phone-based work or contact with customers is preferred, especially when it involves explaining information clearly.

• Willingness to follow a call outline while keeping the conversation natural and respectful.

• Readiness to learn the service offered and explain only the information approved for calls.

• Comfort learning the named customer record, calling, and scheduling tools through guided practice.

• Ability to write clear call notes that help another team member understand the next action.

• Patience when people decline, ask repeated questions, or need more time to understand an offer.

• A quiet place for calls and care when checking lead details, reminders, and appointment times.

Perks & Benefits:

• A fully remote role with work from home and phone-based tasks.

• Structured onboarding and guided training on Pipedrive, Dialpad, and Calendly, covering their uses described above.

• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review calls, ask questions, and discuss useful feedback.

• Growth opportunities within the team as you build calling skills and learn more about lead conversations.

• Bonus opportunities.
