  • Be part of a vibrant workplace culture with plenty of social events throughout the year: from summer BBQs and family days with great food and drinks to quiz nights, charity pancake events, and sporting activities such as our annual volleyball tournament and the C-Valley Run. And that's just the beginning!

What you’ll do

  • Build, launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and emerging advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting and creative to meet agreed KPIs.

  • Apply audience segmentation, targeting and retargeting strategies to reach relevant prospects across platforms.
  • Design and run A/B tests on creative, copy, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve performance.

  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to align campaigns with local market needs, product priorities and language requirements.
  • Maintain well-structured campaign accounts, following naming conventions and agreed best practices.
  • Track competitor activity, platform developments and paid media trends, sharing relevant opportunities with the team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.

  • Professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements
