Part time Hostinger professional

Clear Axis is an Abu Dhabi-based engineering, project management, and dispute resolution consultancy. Founded by 30+ year veteran Chartered Engineer and judicial expert Haitham Mokhtar, we specialize in forensic engineering, MEP technical claims, Independent Technical Opinions (ITO), mediation, and arbitration across the UAE and GCC.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join us on a part-time, remote basis.

You will work directly with the founder to execute our digital expansion strategy—setting up and managing automated email outreach infrastructure, optimizing our bilingual (Arabic/English) website SEO on Hostinger, organizing client databases (via Apollo.io), and tracking digital lead-generation workflows.

• Digital Infrastructure & Outreach: Set up, manage, and optimize automated email marketing campaigns and outreach sequences using Hostinger Reach and B2B databases.
• SEO & Content Architecture: Support the structuring and publishing of bilingual (Arabic/English) web pages, case studies, and professional milestones on our Hostinger platform.
• Database & Lead Management: Organize and segment target lead lists (Law Firms, EPC Contractors, Developers, and Insurance Adjusters) across the UAE and GCC.
• Operational Execution: Translate strategic tasks (such as digital scheduling, workflow coordination, and document formatting) into smooth, day-to-day digital operations.

• Language Proficiency: Bilingual (Arabic & English) is mandatory. You must be fully capable of handling, reviewing, and organizing Arabic-language professional materials, correspondence, and regional legal/technical terminology.
• Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with website builders (Hostinger, WordPress, or similar), CRM tools, and email deliverability setup (DNS records, domain tracking).
• Attention to Detail: Absolute precision is required. Our work follows a rigorous Zero-Error Protocol; formatting errors or typos are unacceptable.
• Autonomous & Proactive: Ability to manage your own hours, work completely remotely, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. (Based on Measurable Results, Not 1 Hr more , 1 Dollar more concept, please)
• Background: Prior experience in a professional services firm, legal practice, or engineering consultancy is a strong advantage.
