Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supporting the design and delivery of online learning experiences, collaborating with instructors and content experts, and helping maintain high-quality course materials and resources. Daily tasks may include coordinating live classes or workshops, assisting with learner support and communication, and gathering feedback to improve course content and platform usability. The team member will also help ensure that learning journeys are aligned with Edgefeed’s standards for accessibility, engagement, and industry relevance.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in EdTech, online learning, and skill development, with the ability to understand learner needs across student and professional segments.
• Ability to coordinate instructional activities, support live sessions, and assist in managing course materials and learning resources.
• Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms; familiarity with online collaboration tools and basic learning management systems is beneficial.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage in a global learning environment.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work cross-functionally with educators, mentors, and support teams.
• Relevant academic background or experience in education, instructional support, EdTech, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of or interest in domains such as technology, business, digital marketing, AI, or cloud computing is a plus.
