Partnerships Director

Role Description The Partnerships Director will lead the development and management of strategic partnerships that support the growth and visibility of Khaane Mein Kya Hai?. This part-time, remote role involves identifying potential brand and media partners, initiating outreach, and negotiating partnership agreements that align with the show’s content and audience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing partner relationships, coordinating deliverables, tracking performance of collaborations, and working with content and marketing teams to integrate partner campaigns. The role also includes creating partnership proposals, maintaining a pipeline of prospective partners, and ensuring that all collaborations enhance the viewer experience while supporting revenue and brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess Strategic Partnerships and Account Management skills to identify, build, and sustain long-term collaborations.
• Candidates should possess Strategic Planning and Sales skills to design partnership strategies, negotiate deals, and meet growth targets.
• Candidates should possess relationship-building, networking, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in media, digital content, or food and lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks in a part-time schedule, and use digital tools (CRM, presentations, spreadsheets) effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
