As the first neocloud to join NVIDIA's AI Compute Program, we're growing quickly, scaling our AI Factory platform to meet rising demand for advanced compute.

The Role

As Sharon AI continues to grow, we're looking for a talented PMO Manager to join our PMO team and lead the development and maturity of our customer-facing PMO delivery methodology, governance and project management standards, reporting to our Head of PMO.

In this role, you'll act as deputy to the Head of PMO, strengthening delivery practices, coaching teams and building consistent governance and assurance across our project portfolio. You'll collaborate with specialist teams across Sharon AI and help shape the infrastructure powering the next generation of AI.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

โ€ข Develop and continuously improve the project delivery methodology and lifecycle framework.

โ€ข Build practical PMO templates, tools, standards and ways of working.

โ€ข Establish governance frameworks, stage gates and delivery assurance processes.

โ€ข Conduct project health checks, compliance reviews and independent assurance assessments.

โ€ข Coach project and program teams to embed consistent delivery practices.

โ€ข Facilitate post-implementation reviews and translate lessons learned into improvements.

โ€ข Provide governance reporting, delivery insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

โ€ข Partner with portfolio planning and controls leaders on integrated governance and performance.

โ€ข Lead PMO Coordinators and Master Schedulers, driving capability and continuous improvement.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

โ€ข 8+ years of experience in project, program management or PMO environments.

โ€ข Proven experience developing delivery methodologies, lifecycle frameworks and governance standards.

โ€ข Experience running stage gates, health checks, assurance reviews and governance forums.

โ€ข Ability to create effective templates, procedures and executive reporting.

โ€ข Experience in technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, construction or data centre settings.

โ€ข Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, mentoring and analytical skills.

โ€ข Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience improving processes with AI or automation.

โ€ข Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience; Australian working rights.

Nice to have:

โ€ข Experience as a PMO Manager, PMO Lead or PMO Practice Lead.

โ€ข Experience establishing or maturing PMOs across large-scale delivery portfolios.

โ€ข PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PMO-CP or equivalent, plus PMO tooling or workflow automation experience.
