And do you want to help set the bar for how a portfolio is run? Then you might be our new Portfolio Manager within parallel import.

Be at the heart of our commercial engine

Our business is growing fast, with more products, more markets and more competition on both the sales and purchasing side. That is why we have established Portfolio Management: a cross-functional department that steers demand and supply for our active portfolio across Europe. As one of our first Portfolio Managers, you will help set the standard from day one.

You will own your portfolio and be the link between Purchasing and Sales, while working closely with Business Development, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Planning and Production. The role comes with a real mandate: when a decision needs to be made, you make it, based on facts, analyses from our Portfolio Specialists and what is best for 2care4. And when a decision does not land as planned, you own that too, learn fast and adjust.

Your primary tasks

• Own, steer and optimize your portfolio across products, markets and substitution groups.
• Make daily data-driven decisions on purchase quantities and market allocation based on price and availability.
• Translate the demand plan into action and challenge sales forecasts, DIO and DOS in alignment with S&OP.
• Own inventory management for your portfolio, including stock value vs. forecast, short expiry, scrap mitigation and working capital.
• Act quickly when patents expire, prices drop or markets shift, and spot the opportunities hidden in the change.
• Drive a structured monthly performance cycle with your stakeholders, ensuring transparent decisions, clear ownership of difficult trade-offs and continuous improvement.

Who are you?

High ambitions, both feet on the ground. We are looking for someone who combines a high drive with great stakeholder management skills. You set high standards, take ownership when decisions are tough and bring positive energy to the team. You build strong relationships across departments, challenge yourself and others constructively and make complex findings clear enough for others to act on. And you listen before you conclude.

You have a strong commercial mindset, a sharp analytical toolbox and curiosity that keeps you learning. You may have a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar, and preferably some years of experience within portfolio or product management, ideally from parallel import or generics. Insight into Nordic and German market dynamics and regulatory principles such as national vs. EMA approvals is a clear advantage. You navigate complex IT systems with ease and get energy from automating whatever can be automated. BI skills and experience is a big plus, and you communicate fluently in English and Danish.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management, you will join a brand-new department with strong ambitions, high visibility and a direct impact on 2care4’s profitability. Our head office in Esbjerg is your home base. You will work from Esbjerg at least two days a week, and during onboarding you will spend most of your time here, so you get the best possible start with the team and the business. Beyond that, you can use our growing office in Odense and work from home when it makes sense for you and the team. We believe the best results are created together, so most of your week will be spent at one of our offices. Expect 5-15 travel days per year to stay close to stakeholders and partners.
