Company Description NZConsultancy Ltd is the company behind Universal Precast Platform (UPP), an end-to-end ERP-style solution designed specifically for precast concrete manufacturers. UPP connects the entire precast workflow in one system, covering processes such as takeoff, estimating, shop drawings, production planning, QA/QC, delivery, installation, cost control, and final handover. The platform replaces disconnected spreadsheets, emails, and manual data entry with a single, connected source of information to improve visibility and reduce double handling. Built around real precast manufacturing workflows, UPP helps factory, project, commercial, site, and management teams save time, improve transparency, reduce risk, and manage the full project lifecycle in one place.
Role Description The Precast Concrete Expert will support clients in implementing and optimizing the Universal Precast Platform across their manufacturing and project workflows. This is a full-time remote role focused on advising precast teams on best practices in formwork, production planning, lifting checks, QA/QC, and installation processes. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing client workflows, translating practical precast operations into system configurations, and providing guidance on job and product tracking, shop drawing management, and site delivery coordination. The role involves collaborating with factory, site, and management stakeholders, documenting requirements, supporting training sessions, and helping clients improve efficiency, data accuracy, and project outcomes. The expert will also contribute to continuous platform improvement by sharing field insights with the product and development teams.
