Job Description:

Program & Project Management

Own end-to-end program accountability of ServiceNow GRC initiatives, from discovery and design through go-live and hypercare.

Manage multiple concurrent projects/workstreams, including GRC modernization, integration rollouts, and data foundation improvements.

Define and track scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

Apply Agile / Scrum / SAFe or Hybrid delivery models as appropriate.

Establish robust governance frameworks including executive dashboards, OKRs, and outcome-based reporting.

Lead SteerCo engagements, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation roadmap, and business priorities.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in line with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria and priority using MoSCoW methodology.

Track sprint velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and cumulative flow to ensure predictable delivery cadence.

Qualifications:

● 8+ years of IT project or program management experience

● 4+ years of managing ServiceNow delivery experience, specifically ITSM and GRC modules

● Proven track record managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations

● Strong understanding of ITSM, GRC modules, Workflows, Flow Designer, and automation

●Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies; excellent risk, dependency, and change management skills

●Ability to lead cross-functional, global teams

●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

●Demonstrated experience with sprint planning, backlog management, RAID logs, change control, and go-live governance in enterprise ServiceNow programs

●Experience with project budget tracking, EAC/ETC management, earned value analysis, and financial reporting for enterprise engagements

Preferred Qualifications

●ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD or equivalent certifications.

●Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist, or Agile certifications.

● AIOps & GenAI: Exposure to AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI platforms.

●Regulated Environments: Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments (banking, financial services, insurance).
