- Support the preparation of project status reports, readiness assessments and final handover documentation for Asset Owners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting and support the digitalisation of PfO activities across Europe.
- Proven experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of project data, documentation and information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to coordinating activities and driving actions through to completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites and stakeholder locations as required.
- Experience within renewable energy, construction, engineering, utilities, or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.
