Job Title: Prospect Outreach Representative
Monthly Pay: PKR 60,540 - 143,340 per month
Summary:
You introduce yourself warmly by phone, explain your purpose, and invite leads to share what they need. Your work starts with assigned prospect lists, public business information, and requests for another call. You research prospects, build calling lists, and check whether each person wants a conversation with the sales team. The goal is to turn relevant contacts into useful sales conversations through clear questions and careful follow-up. A sales team lead helps you improve your research, call delivery, and decisions about the next step. In this fully remote position, you work from home and stay connected with the team through shared tools. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Research prospects using public business information before calling. Build a relevant prospect list and identify people who make buying decisions.
• Open your call list in a CRM such as Pipedrive, a system that stores lead details. Prioritize new calls and requested callbacks.
• Maintain steady calling activity using a business phone system such as Dialpad, a tool for making calls. Introduce yourself and explain your purpose.
• Ask short questions about needs, interest, and readiness to speak with the sales team. Listen carefully and write clear answers.
• Explain the offer using approved call notes. Answer simple questions without promising results, and refer unfamiliar questions to your team lead.
• Respond politely when someone declines or asks for more time. Note the reason and whether another call would be welcome.
• Pass interested leads to the sales team with a short summary. Use a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar to arrange conversations.
• Return requested calls and confirm the agreed next step. Record each call result, comments, and any reminder needed for further contact.
• Correct lead details and mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and do-not-call requests. Keep notes useful for the next person reviewing them.
• Share daily call counts and interested leads, then practice call outlines during coaching. Quality means accurate notes, polite calls, correct handoffs, and steady activity.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No experience required; phone outreach, prospect research, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn the offer, follow approved call outlines, and use feedback during practice.
• Comfort learning the named tools for lead details, phone calls, and appointment planning.
• Ability to research public business information and recognize contacts relevant to the team's offer.
• Clear spoken introductions and patient listening when people explain their needs or decline a conversation.
• Care with written notes, contact details, reminders, and the agreed next step after each call.
• A quiet place to take calls and readiness to ask your team lead for guidance.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role where you work from home and keep your calling workspace organized.
• Structured onboarding and training on the named tools, research steps, and approved call outlines.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review conversations, ask questions, and receive practical feedback.
• Access to growth opportunities within the team as you build your research and calling skills.
• Bonus opportunities.
