About the Role

We are seeking a Purchasing Executive with hands-on experience in the disposable glove industry to support our sourcing and procurement operations.

This is a remote, Malaysia-based independent contractor position.

Candidates from QA/QC, production, manufacturing, sales, or purchasing backgrounds are welcome. Prior purchasing experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate disposable glove manufacturers and suppliers.
• Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and assess supplier capabilities.
• Coordinate product samples, quality requirements, and order follow-ups.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct factory visits in Malaysia when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the disposable glove industry; 5+ years preferred.
• Good understanding of disposable glove products, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
