Recruiter Location: Remote / Work From Home Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for telesales, call center, online gaming, and other fast-paced operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet hiring targets. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for open positions. Post jobs on recruitment platforms and social media. Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports. Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a remote environment. Preferred Experience recruiting for telesales, call centers, BPOs, online gaming, or similar high-volume industries.
