• Location: Remote (need to reside in South Africa)
• Experience Level: Associate (3+ years working a IT/Tech Contract Desk in the UK market)
• Employment Type: Full Time (Independently Contracted)
• Working Hours: 9:00am - 17:00pm (UK Hours)
• Salary Bracket: ZAR 28,000.00 - ZAR 36,000.00 per month (gross/before deductions)
• Salary will depend on level of experience

• Candidate Delivery & Sourcing
• Contract & Permanent Recruitment
• Pipeline Management

Essential experience, skills and tools:

• UK Tech Recruitment Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience recruiting within the UK technology market.
• Contract Recruitment Background: Proven prior experience handling contract tech recruitment alongside permanent placements.
• Proactive & Tech-Savvy: Highly self-sufficient, tech-literate, and capable of hitting the ground running immediately.
• Tools: Proficiency in recruitment databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.

Nice to have: Experience recruiting across specialized tech verticals such as Data Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or DevOps.
