The role is ideal for someone looking to build practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send interview invitations, reminders, assessments, and relevant instructions.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Follow up with candidates after interviews and update recruitment records accordingly.

  • Ensure candidates receive timely updates regarding their applications.

  • Track candidate availability, notice periods, salary expectations, and offer status.

  • Support reference and background-check coordination where required.

  • Assist with offer-stage communication and candidate onboarding coordination.

  • Maintain a professional candidate experience regardless of the outcome of an application.

Recruitment Operations

  • Update UrehGab's recruitment tracker/ATS and candidate database daily.

  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and candidate outcomes.

  • Prepare weekly recruitment pipeline reports.

  • Monitor recruitment timelines and flag delays or bottlenecks to the Recruitment Operations Lead.

  • Support the preparation of candidate shortlists for clients.

  • Organize CVs, interview notes, assessments, and other recruitment documentation.

  • Support the development and maintenance of recruitment templates, candidate databases, interview guides, and talent pools.

  • Assist with recruitment projects, volume hiring, graduate recruitment, and other client assignments as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Placement & Customer Success Support

  • Maintain UrehGab's Placement Success Tracker for successfully hired candidates.

  • Schedule and conduct candidate check-ins at agreed intervals, including 14, 30, 60, and 90 days after resumption.

  • Send hiring-manager performance feedback surveys at appropriate milestones.

  • Track candidate retention and identify early signs of disengagement or potential attrition.

  • Escalate candidate concerns, performance concerns, or placement risks to the Recruitment Operations Lead.

  • Maintain records of client and candidate feedback.
