Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. We are looking for someone who understands talent acquisition, takes ownership of results, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. You will play a key role in delivering quality placements while building strong candidate pipelines and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Review CVs and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate client interviews.
• Manage candidate communication, offer negotiations, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct post-placement follow-ups.
• Work with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable talent.
• Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence where necessary.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment reports.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably within a recruitment agency.
• Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries.
• Strong headhunting, candidate assessment, and talent pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools is an advantage.
• A reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
