Regional Account Executiv

Role Description The Regional Account Executive is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site client visits and work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Regional Account Executive manages key customer relationships, oversees account portfolios, and ensures consistent service quality across the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and reviewing commercial proposals, monitoring account performance, and coordinating with internal teams in sales, finance, and customer service. The role also involves analyzing market data, forecasting sales, supporting contract negotiations, and providing regular updates and reports to regional management. The Regional Account Executive will represent Lactalis Nutrition Santé LNS in the region, upholding the company’s standards and contributing to regional growth objectives.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand pricing structures, margins, budgets, and basic financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to develop account plans, track performance, and drive retention and growth.
• Relevant experience in regional sales or business development within FMCG, nutrition, or related sectors is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills such as Arabic or French are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and travel within the region as needed.
