About the Opportunity

Turn your connections and business development skills into income by helping entrepreneurs establish their businesses in the UAE.

Dimondra is seeking motivated individuals to develop client opportunities for UAE company formation and corporate services. Work from home, connect with clients internationally, and build this opportunity around your availability—with support from our team and network of service providers.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with entrepreneurs and businesses interested in setting up in the UAE.
• Introduce Dimondra’s company formation and corporate services.
• Understand clients’ business activities, licensing requirements, visa needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with our team to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects and support clients from initial enquiry through business setup.
• Coordinate client documentation and application updates with our team.
• Build relationships that generate new business and referrals.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome business development professionals, freelancers, consultants, referral partners, and individuals with strong networking skills.

You should bring:

• Confidence in communicating with prospective clients and building relationships.
• Initiative and the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Good follow-up, organisation, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently.

Experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or consultancy is an advantage. Applicants from other industries who can connect with potential clients are also welcome.

What We Offer

• 40% commission on eligible net service fees or partner commission income received by Dimondra from business you introduce, with calculation and payment terms agreed in writing.
