Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Remote Appointment Scheduling Specialist to coordinate appointments between prospective customers and licensed insurance professionals across the United States. This role is centered around outbound communication, calendar management, and delivering a smooth scheduling experience for every customer.

You'll work from home using industry-leading scheduling software, CRM tools, and automated dialing systems while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Confirm customer information and appointment details.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records within the CRM.
• Follow company communication standards and scheduling procedures.
• Achieve daily scheduling and productivity goals.
• Attend virtual training and coaching sessions.
• Assist with scheduling optimization and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing schedules and calendars.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Previous appointment scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or call center experience is a plus.
